Shipments and returns
General Terms:
We strive to deliver products purchased from Kala-E-Khaas in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.
- If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges (The Order value is calculated after applying discounts.)
- If you cancel part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded
- If you return an order delivered to you, original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Kindly note that cancellations are subject to our Cancellation and Return Policy.
Cancellation and refund policy
Cancellations of orders placed on our website are allowed without any issues beforethe products are shipped from our warehouse. In case the products are already shipped out to you kindly contact us with the Order ID.
Refunds and product exchanges are provided against orders up to 7 days from delivery of package to the customer as per our records. Refunds and Exchanges will only be processed once we verify that the items have been returned to us ina pristine condition and unutilized state. In case of any special cases kindly feel free to contact us.
If you choose to exchange/return an item, you will need to courier the product back to us on the address mentioned on the website. We request you to use a reliable courier service for the same.
